Driving in the rain

Just checked the forecast and the radar...thunderstorms likely in my neck of the woods. It looks like it's in a line though, so if I can time it right, I can avoid all that. Goodness gracious, I hate to drive in the rain!!! (What kind of storm chaser doesn't like to drive in the rain???) Oh, and I checked the local Technical School... no meteorology courses... I know they offer it at the University. If I ever go back to school, I am all over that.
