So much for the zoo today... we keep hearing how lovely the weather usually is, how atypical this is... great timing. lol.LATEST SATELLITE IR IMAGERY SHOWS THE UPPER LOW ABOUT 300 NM WEST SOUTHWEST OF SAN DIEGO AND CONTINUING TO DRIFT TO THE SOUTH SOUTHEAST. THE 12Z NAM APPEARS TO BE INITIALIZED FAIRLY WELL WITH THE POSITION OF THE LOW. THE 12Z NAM CONTINUES TO INDICATE MOST OF THE PRECIPITATION FROM THIS SYSTEM WILL BE SOUTH OF THE BORDER OVER NORTHERN BAJA BUT SHOULD BE ENOUGH SPILL OVER FOR SOME ACTIVITY OVER SAN DIEGO COUNTY TODAY WITH LESSER AMOUNTS OVER AREAS TO THE NORTH. ALSO...THE COLDEST AIR WITH THE UPPER LOW AND ASSOCIATED TROUGH SHOULD BE OVER THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON DURING THE PEAK SOLAR HEATING WHICH COULD BRING SOME THUNDERSTORMS TO THE AREA.
Meanwhile, back home... a missed chasetunity with a moderate risk over much of Georgia... We had an incredible day yesterday... went to Mexico... twice. Long story... will share it later.
