The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

Do you know that God controls the clouds and makes his lightning flash?

Uh uh, no, you didn't...

First of all enjoy a not so subtle reminder of my lightning capturing talents... btw, that was my first of many to come.

Anyway, to the point of this post... Don't you just love it when people heckle you? This is in response to a comment that I received that I don't even find worthy of posting (imagine head bobble here - just for the sake of conveying my attitude at this moment), but I will respond... Oh, yes, anonymous commenter... whoever you may be... I will respond.

I don't believe that I recall saying that I have ever been on a successful storm chasing expedition... nope, never said that I have; however, I do plan to one day, when the weather cooperates, which might I add, it never seems to. I have had several unsuccessful ones, several. I do have several lightning shots from miniscule intercepts with regular, boring storm cells, but I have a passion for it, a driving passion, and, therefore, it will happen some day... because what I chase, I catch, maybe not tomorrow (well, definitely not tomorrow), and maybe not next week, or maybe not even next month, but IT WILL HAPPEN. ...AND I will have MORE gear (yes, I have some gear, not that I need much more than a tripod and a camera for what I'm after, but I happen to have those things...) In fact, I will have more gear soon. So far, I have bought rights to GR. I have a weather station, a storm tracker (radio/TV), camera, tripod, raincoat (lol) and a really cool hat. Not to mention, I happen to be a certified skywarn spotter for the NWS and a licensed HAM operator. So, I may not be an experienced storm chaser with all the gear that I want (everyone must start somewhere), but I will be. Mark my words! ;) This is no dream... this is fixin' to be reality! Just watch.

BTW, did I mention how much I hate taking down Christmas decor...? Hence... the procrastination and heated response. To all my adoring fans out there, muah... To all you hecklers, kiss my grits.

Up-and-coming-stormchaser (watch out world),
