I'm on fire...

CNN's Weather Graphics showed my area on fire this morning... nice. Way to accentuate the positive Mr. Bob Van Dillon... I know it's dry, and let me tell you, my contacts know it's dry. I am using those rewetting drops like they are going out of style. Boy, oh boy, is it cold, and let me tell you my garage door pitches a fit when it's cold... it'll close halfway and then stop... then I have to get it going again.. It'll go down a little further and stop... Just what I need in the already crazy morning routine, a fight with my garage door. I can't really blame the garage door... I'm not a fan of the cold either, and with a wind chill of 25 this morning, IT IS COLD!! TEMPERATURES WILL THEN REBOUND TO MORE NORMAL LEVELS SUNDAY AND MONDAY. Sunday or Monday?!!! I have to put up with this cold weather until Sunday or Monday? So not right!

As for everything else, hectic as always. I did get my Christmas decorations up last night, and I am actually considering Christmas cards. I've done them every year, so why not, but I will scale down my list, big time. I made the gingerbread cake (with cool whip, of course), but didn't make any hot cocoa... oh, well, perhaps tonight. I even got some Christmas presents out of the way yesterday and brainstormed some others... Am I good or what? Getting into the spirit, I suppose... It's about time.

The sunrise was beautiful this morning, a red glow on the horizon, followed by a layer of pink, a layer of a muted yellow and then blue... It was very nice.

I'd better run. Lots to do today.
