the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

Unsettled conditions...coming up

That's another shot of the military rec facility I visisted a while ago... I love the reflection... You can actually see the high cirrus clouds rolling by in the reflection on the pond. It was such a beautiful day for shooting photographs. Nice way to unwind and destress before the big holiday bash.

Well, Mini-Dew was recognized by the library's board for her volunteer work and awarded a gift card for Borders book store, which is perfect for her. The girl has almost as many books as the library (that's all she spends allowance on is books and book marks). She was so proud. When she was called up there, she was asked what made her decide to volunteer her time at the library, which is when she offered her "speech". She said, "Ever since I was little (says the small child -I could hear stifled giggles all around) and learned how to say "librarian", and saw how they check out books, I knew that it was what I wanted to do." Everyone clapped, she smiled, sat down and asked, "So, was that a good speech?" Little Diva, such a hoot.

As for weather, brrr... again, or still I should say. The timing on the less than impressive system approaching has been pushed back some. Looking more like a Monday/Tuesday event, rather than a Sunday/Monday event. I guess we shall see. Looks like Monday will be disappointing with something possibly on the horizon after that.
POPS INCREASE INTO THE CHANCE CATEGORY SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY AS THE NEXT COLD FRONT PUSHES THROUGH THE AREA. THIS FRONT MAY STALL JUST SOUTH OF OUR CWA MONDAY NIGHT INTO MID WEEK WITH A LOW FORMING ON THE BOUNDARY BRINGING US UNSETTLED CONDITIONS. Unsettled conditions... sounds like a fancy way of saying instability... now, all we need is lift and moisture... interesting. ;-)

Ciao,
