  1. Hiya! I wish I had half of your excitment/nerve when it comes to storms! I have lived through many hurricanes and they don't bother me. But ~ talk about severe weather & tornadoes and my blood preasure goes out the roof! I am so afraid, really abnormally so, I'm sure. But I keep thinking there must be a good reason why God put such fright into my heart. He expects me to be warry and ready I guess. We had tornadoes here (north of Nashville) about two weeks ago. Two people were killed and many injured. So ~ I come to your blog and who knows? I'll learn from you and maybe get more brave. Thanks for visiting me, I'm pretty new at this too. How's married life treating you two? ;)

  2. Education about weather is some of the best armor against it. The more you know, the better prepared you are when disaster strikes. The objective of my blog is to educate others in the area of my passion to help them see not just the danger in weather but how to be ready and then, hopefully, to help others see the beauty in nature... stop and smell the roses, or in my lingo, stop and enjoy the shelf cloud. I hope that through learning here, you will gain understanding that helps bring some peace to you in severe weather scenarios, a confidence in understanding a little more about what is happening around you.

    God bless.
