Tropical Storm Bonnie enters the scene as a minimal tropical storm, racing toward the southern coast of Florida. Unfortunately, she doesn't have Florida in mind as a final destination and is booking a follow on through the heart of the oil mess into Louisiana. Unfortunately, that scenario doesn't seem optimal.
