Hello, Humberto!!! YOU're not the one I was expecting.

Well, if you can imagine... TD 9, you know the one over by Texas, beat TD 8 (the one that looked really awesome over in the Atlantic) to Tropical Storm Humberto, and some strengthening is possible before landfall! That means that, even being that close to land, Tropical Storm Humberto was able to grow 10 degrees in wind speed, and could become even stronger... Texas is fixin' to get wet! In addition to that, we could very well have Tropical Storm Ingrid later tonight. It doesn't get much better than that.

    Dew...when you first mentioned Humberto, I was expecting him to be the one in the Atlantic. I must admit this was a surprise to me!
