This just in from the Associated Press: COCOA BEACH, Fla. - Tornadoes were reported in Louisiana and Florida Tuesday as a band of severe thunderstorms swept through the South.
According to the Storm Prediction Center:
A possible tornado touchdown was reported in Cocoa Beach, south of Kennedy Space Center. The National Weather Service received reports of roof damage at a condominium complex, but no serious injuries were reported, authorities said.CAPE CANAVERAL BREVARD FL

CAPE CANAVERAL AIR FORCE STATION KXMR REPORTED SIGHTING FUNNEL CLOUD WHICH TOUCHED DOWN NEAR THE SKID STRIP AND MOVED NORTH TOWARDS KENNEDY SPACE CENTER.
