Prayers for the folks in the fire out west

My heart felt prayers to all the people trapped in the RV park in Palm Springs and the families of the firefighters who have perished so far in the fire out there. That's one thing that I have a fear of, fire. My grandfather was a firefighter when I was young, so I have always had a healthy respect for fire. I am very fearful of it. I can't imagine what the people in the RV park must be thinking. I think I'd be desperately looking for another way out.

Aside from that, I am looking forward to the storm tomorrow (Let it Storm, Let it Storm, Let it Storm). I hope that no one is injured or loses property (let me just get that disclaimer out of the way - I talk about storms being exciting and all, but I don't at all, of course, like the idea that people suffer as a result. I hate that unfortunate consequence, and I pray that people are able to get out of harm's way, always!), but I am looking forward to some great pics, which might not end up being possible if it reaches us too late in the evening. (My camera is not good at all with the night shots.) I definitely won't go out driving in it if it's dark, but if it comes early enough, I might head out to my friend's for a better view. I guess I'll play it by ear, see what fate holds for tomorrow. Either way, I'll be very cautious... really.
