No USB port, but I've got internet... ;-)

Smoke was awful on the way down, down to about 10 ft visibility in spots... I reported that in to the NWS office. It was awful traveling down at 10 mph... a few accidents due to the lack of visibility, and they closed off a section of I-75 after we were past it according to what we heard on the scanner. Whew... close one. This place is wild... so many kids... ugh!

I took some awesome pics of the smoke along the way... guess I'll post when I get back unless they'll consider unlocking the CPU for me...

More at another time...

Smoke's not bad here... right now...

Toodles,

  2. Definitely a close call... we had just gotten past that section when we heard over the scanner... I got a picture of one of the accident... SUV flipped over. Then, the FHP were forcing a closure, pulling over a group and one of them got hit by a semi... Pretty crazy stuff... Literally, 10 ft visibility... fixin' to post some pics. So glad we made it through. I can't figure out a good detour. It was so bad!
