And I'm not talking about skydiving...
I happened upon an opportunity to apply for a storm chase with the Twister Sisters in the plains for a reality TV series they are producing. They were asking for couples to apply for an all-expense paid storm chasing expedition. I thought... what the hay? I can apply. I was so doubtful that I'd get it, that I didn't even tell Hubby... that is until the producer of the show contacted me asking for pictures of hubby and me (while I was in Vegas). I figured that the worst that could happen would be nothing, right...? Well, the worst did not happen. I just got official notice today that from June 3-9th, Hubby and I will be chasing in the plains, all expenses paid, with the Twister Sisters, for a reality show. This is the opportunity of a lifetime! This is what all my knowledge and training has been working toward. All along, I've thought... hey, I'll get some experience here, save up and join an experienced team next year in the plains. I never, in my wildest dreams, thought that I would be given this fabulous opportunity that I am totally STOKED about!!! Yes, folks, I'm fixin' to fly!!! Yes, HB, fixin'!
I will not publish any negative comments about this awesome once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I will not allow anyone to rob me of the energy I feel right now, so please if you don't have anything nice to say... well, you know the rest.
I will update with details as I know them. For now, I am here doing my Happy-Dew-Dance!!!

Congrats Dew! The Twister Siters are come cool chaser gals to hang out with on the Plains... Now all you need to do is hope for a kick butt pattern for early June.
