Scattered showers... very scattered showers... scattered far, far away from here... well, it turned out to be a beautiful morning and early afternoon (depending on perspective... words stated here, do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the blogger) so far with blue skies, high cirrus clouds wafting through the sky... some stratus now working their way into the mix. Oh, last night, I witnessed a beautiful patch of cirrocumulus with the sun setting behind them. Anyway, back to my point... if heating was my concern this morning... that's now become a mute point. Plenty of opportunity for some day time heating... now, for the big question, will the convection hold together (or get put back together... can't anybody put humpty dumpty back together again...?) enough to do anything...? You see the picture... what do you think??? Unfortunately, not even looking like rain for us. I am in a weather abyss. It just doesn't happen here. It can be the perfect set-up, and it'll dissolve, completely fall apart, dissipate, vanish, just before arriving here, and more than likely, it'll reform on the other side. Chasers' purgatory... aka South Georgia...
Welcome aboard folks...

I see that there is another region in the country similar to that of the "North Texas Curse". :-) It has the power to turn raging tornadic supercells into wimpy high-based linear stuff and deflect even the mightiest of upper level storm systems into the central plains. LOL!!!
